Full deliverables for each plan are listed on our Plans page and confirmed in your purchase email.

• Honest, manually conducted analysis for every audit
• Delivery within stated timelines (2 to 3 days for Plan 1, 3 to 5 days for Plan 2, monthly for Plan 3)
• Confidentiality, your brand data, findings, and audit reports stay private
• Direct founder access for the support window if included in your plan

• We cannot guarantee specific AI visibility scores before, during, or after the audit. AI systems are continuously evolving, and your results depend on factors outside our control including your industry, competition, and implementation of our recommendations.
• We cannot guarantee placement on any specific AI platform. Our service identifies gaps and provides strategies; outcomes depend on your execution.
• We do not control AI platforms (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity). We analyze their behavior; we cannot influence them directly.
• Past audit results do not guarantee future performance. AI recommendation systems change frequently.

• Provide accurate brand information when requested
• Respond to our communications within reasonable timeframes during active engagement
• Implement our recommendations honestly (or have your team do so)
• Not share, resell, or redistribute our audit reports, prompt methodologies, or templates without written permission

• International payments are processed via PayPal; payments within India via UPI/cards
• Prices are shown in USD (international) and INR (India), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Full payment is required before work begins
• Plan 3 is billed monthly with no lock-in
• Plan 3 can be cancelled anytime with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle

You own: All brand information you share with us, your business, and the implemented results of our recommendations.

We own: Our methodologies, frameworks (including the AIDE Framework), prompt strategies, templates, processes, and any tools we develop. These are confidential and cannot be reproduced or shared without written permission.

Deliverables: The audit report we deliver is yours to use for your business. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or share it with competitors of Deepsyn.

• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• We are not liable for losses caused by your business decisions, third-party actions (including AI platforms), or factors outside our control.

• First, direct discussion (good-faith attempt for 14 days)
• Then, mediation in Indore, Madhya Pradesh
• Finally, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction
