Information you give us directly

• Name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number
• Brand name, website URL, social media handles
• Payment details (processed by our payment partners, PayPal for international payments and UPI/card processors for India; we never store your card information)
• Any messages or briefs you send us

• Basic website analytics (pages visited, time on site, device type)
• IP address and approximate location
• Cookies (essential cookies only, see Cookie Policy)

Information we do NOT collect

• Backend access to your website
• Login credentials of any kind
• Sensitive personal data unless you voluntarily share it

• Deliver the audit, optimization, or management service you purchased
• Communicate with you about your project via email, WhatsApp, and phone
• Process payments securely through PayPal (international) and UPI/card partners (India)
• Send you the audit report and follow-up materials
• Improve our services and website experience
• Send occasional updates about Deepsyn (you can opt out anytime)

We do NOT use your information for advertising, tracking across other sites, or any purpose unrelated to delivering your service.

• Service providers we use to run Deepsyn, payment processors (PayPal, UPI/card partners), Google Workspace (email), and form/automation tools. These providers have their own privacy policies and only access what's needed to do their job.
• Legal authorities, if required by law, court order, or government request in India.

We never share your brand audit findings with anyone else without your written permission.

• Active client data: retained for as long as you're a client plus 12 months after.
• Audit reports: kept for 2 years for your reference and our case-study purposes (anonymized).
• Marketing emails: until you unsubscribe.
• Payment records: retained as required by Indian tax and accounting law (typically 7 years).

You can request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your rights").

To exercise any of these rights, email contact@deepsyn.ai with your request. We respond within 7 business days.

• Limited access to client data (only the founder and authorized team members)
• Regular security reviews

No system is 100% secure. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you within 72 hours.

Before we start work: Full refund if you request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase AND we haven't started your audit.

After work has begun: Once we begin running prompts and analyzing data, the work is non-refundable. Every audit requires significant manual effort, API costs, and founder time that cannot be recovered.

If we fail to deliver: If we do not deliver your audit within 7 business days of purchase (vs the promised 2 to 3), you can request a full refund OR a 50% discount on Plan 2.

Before we start work: Full refund if you request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase AND we haven't started.

After work has begun: Non-refundable once analysis has started. If we fail to deliver within 10 business days (vs the promised 3 to 5), you can request a full refund.

Billed monthly with no lock-in. Cancel anytime with 7 days' notice before your next billing date.

No partial-month refunds. If you cancel mid-month, you keep service until the end of the current billing period.

If we fail to deliver a monthly report: You receive that month free OR a pro-rated refund.

• Disagreement with our findings. Our analysis is honest. You may not like what AI says about your brand, that's exactly why the audit exists.
• Not implementing our recommendations. Our service is the audit and roadmap. Implementation is on you (Plan 1) or covered by us within scope (Plans 2 and 3).
• Changes in AI platform behavior after our delivery. AI evolves; your audit is a point-in-time analysis.
• Buyer's remorse after work has been delivered.
• Score changes due to competitor activity.

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
